Located in a beautiful rural location in the Hampshire countryside, our client is expanding across its services and now are seeking an Event Project Manager to join their current M&E event team.
Do you on going successes we are now seeking an Event Project Coordinator to join this close knit team and support across the planning and delivering world-class live meetings and events. Working across a number of key accounts the Project Coordinator must be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Working closely with the Project Managers
Dealing with logistics including booking travel and accommodation
Supporting with proposals
Venue finding and attending FAM trips
Supplier and client liaison
Delegate registration (using CRM systems)
Administration duties including database management
On-site delivery and assistance
We are looking for candidates who have strong event logistics experience, including booking travel and accommodation along with liaising with suppliers and clients. Venue finding or delegate registration experience would be advantageous for the role. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can work both independently and with teams then we need you!
