THE ROLE
Due to their continuing success and phenomenal business wins, they are currently seeking an Event Project Manager to work a hybrid role within the company. This will be across exhibitions and events for multiple clients and managing pharmaceutical events.
A broad role, your responsibilities will include:
*End to end event management
*Client liaison
*Full logistics including delegate registration
*Hospitality management including VIP liaison
*Supplier management
*Budget management and reconciliation
*Onsite management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal applicant will currently be working at an event agency and have a proven background of managing and delivering a variety of events end to end, including full logistics and financial reconciliation. Candidates must have an eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, as well as being able to work under tight timeframes. Any exposure to exhibitions/ pharmaceutical events would be an added benefit but is not essential for this role.
