THE ROLE

Due to continued success on one of their long standing prestigious accounts they are now looking for an experienced Events Project Manager to come on board and focus on their global incentive programme.

Being involved on such large scale and complex event this role is particularly broad and includes:

  • Managing project workstreams which feed into the event

  • Managing complex logistics including international travel and accommodation booking

  • Creating unique and creative ground programmes

  • Working closely with internal design and production teams

  • Supplier and DMC liaison and negotiation

  • Ensuring communications with account teams and clients

  • Contributing to the successful management of the account and future business

  • Multi currency budget management

  • Onsite management (including managing suppliers and contractors onsite)


THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must come from an agency and have a proven background of working on incentives or international conferences. Strong destination knowledge and experience of working with suppliers and DMC's internationally is essential. Candidates must be accustomed to working with internal teams and across multiple work streams. Any exposure of working within the energy sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role.
