Due to continued growth and success they are now looking for an experienced Event / Account Manager to join one of their dedicated teams. Taking the lead on a number of activities including launch initiatives, digital experiences, brand partnerships and global retailer network events you will work between the clients' offices and the agency's base to ensure the delivery of the events and communication between parties.

A broad role your responsibilities will include:

  • Account management including acting as the lynch pin between the client and agency

  • Taking the lead on a variety of projects across the year (and managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously)

  • Managing the commercials on projects

  • Interpreting client briefs and developing proposals

  • Liaising with internal teams including film, digital, creative and production

  • Supplier management and negotiating rates

  • Onsite management when required

  • Budget management including revenue forecasting


The ideal candidate must have a proven background in delivering a wide range of events (both UK and overseas) incorporating logistics, production and creative. Candidates must be client facing and be confident in dealing with clients and taking the lead on projects. Experience of working on automotive accounts (be that from agency or client side) would be a hugely advantageous and any exposure to retail / digital area's would be an added benefit.
