THE ROLE

They are looking for an Event Technology Manager to join their team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of digital and event technology projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of digital and event technology projects
*Working directly with colleagues, clients, developers and suppliers
*Supporting with the creation of commercially viable project proposals
*Researching of relevant suppliers and costings
*Attending client pitches where required
*Being involved with brief taking
*Managing budgets
*Writing project scopes and functional specifications
*Liaising with delegates
*Overseeing the digital and event technology processes
*Ensuring that best practice is followed
*Proactively seek opportunities to enable digital and event technology products and services to be sold to clients in order to maximise revenue.
*Working with the Innovation Manager

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come from an event registration background preferably with experience in website development. Working knowledge of event app and website design would be an advantage. The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure will be essential.
