RMG15025 - This is exciting Events Assistant role within a growing creative event and live experience agency based in Leeds where you will get involved in both corporate and live events.
THE AGENCY
This exciting events agency are renowned for delivering creative and innovative events including corporate events, live events, parties, festivals and press events. They offer services including event management, production, styling and theming for well-known clients across the fashion, retail, FMCG and banking sectors, across the UK and overseas.
This agency focuses on connecting customers, teams and clients with brands through live and experiential events.

THE ROLE
Due to business success they are now looking to expand their team and exciting opportunity has risen for an Events Assistant to join their team. As an Events Assistant you will work with a wide range of support and work on the full event portfolio! This is a fast-paced environment where no two day's will be the same!
As an Events Assistant your key responsibilities will include;
Supporting the Senior Events Manager
Working on client briefs and inputting ideas
Supporting on business proposals and carrying out research
Working with internal design and workshop teams
Providing day to day support across a range of events
Maintaining event / production schedules
Sourcing and managing 3rd party suppliers
Booking accommodation for staff
Reporting on costings
Supporting on-site at events
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidate who has at least one years experience within the events industry, ideally having worked within an events or a production agency. It is important that you have a hard-working attitude and the passion and drive to join an exciting agency.
