THE ROLE

This agency are now looking for an Events Assistant to join the team where you will support on the smooth delivery of events from initial brief through to delivery. This is a busy and fast paced environment where no two days will be the same!

As an Events Assistant you will get involved in;

• Supporting the Production, Events and Operations teams
• Working on client briefs and providing ideas
• Updating production schedule
• Sourcing venues
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Sourcing and booking freelancers
• Attending events and providing support on-site
• Providing administrative support across the department

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Events Assistant role you must have at least one years experience within the events industry - we will consider candidates with event logistics or production backgrounds. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates with a hard-working attitude, ambition and drive to progress their career within one of the best agencies within the industry.
