THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and development they are now looking for a passionate Events Co-ordinator to join their team and work across a range of events.

A broad role responsibilities will include:

* Assisting across the board with event a range of events
* Supporting with proposals
* Researching venues
* Logistics management including travel and accommodation booking
* Supplier liaison and management
* Working closely with internal teams
* Delegate management including dealing with enquires and registering delegates on-site
* Event administration, including database management
* Supporting with on-site delivery

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have had experience of working on events previously, ideally gained from an agency, although other backgrounds will be considered. Experience of managing logistics including booking travel and accommodation would be ideal, as would any experience of managing and registering delegates (including using systems). Experience of liaising with suppliers would also be a huge asset. Event graduates or those with limited experience will also be considered. Most importantly candidates need to have the drive and enthusiasm to progress their career within events and to join a leading agency where they can really go places!

Candidates must also be able to drive and have access to a car as they will be required to travel onsite for manage events.
