The Company

This organisation has been going for over 2 decades and boast an impressive client base that consists of broadcast companies, theatrical producers, event organisers and major music record labels. Driven by a team of worldly sound engineers, designers and logisticians, with extensive experience from working on the road and in the studio, the company has grown with the industry over the last 20 years, building up a deep understanding of the needs of producers, performers and technicians in all fields of entertainment and live events.

Their equipment base includes the latest digital consoles, speaker systems, microphones, radios, communications systems and accessories available to the professional market and they are constantly investing to make sure they are up to date with their clients’ requirements.

The Role

This is a full time position for someone who wants to have a direct impact on the output of a busy hire department

Duties will include:

•          Specifying equipment

•          Quoting and booking in of rental jobs from clients requests

•          Advise clients on best equipment available and best practises in use

•          Managing other team members to ensure jobs are delivered accurately and on time

•          Monitor rental stock and crew availability for job support

•          Monitor equipment throughout the hire period, noting loses or breakages.

•          Liaise with accounts for all jobs

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have fantastic communication skills and have experience working in a client facing role. You will have in depth knowledge of professional live audio equipment in a rental environment with enthusiasm, energy & a ‘Can do’ attitude. This role will suit someone with strong collaboration skills with an ability to clearly communicate with clients and other team members.
