Head up the production arm of an already successful global events agency!
THE COMPANY
This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior level role in an already established and highly successful global event agency. With new clients coming on board, existing clients growing and a very strong balance sheet they continue to invest in every area of the business.
Delivering worldwide events (for some of the worlds biggest brands) that range from conferences and meetings through to product launches and travel incentives they have the team spirit, expertise and forward thinking approach which is seeing them become one of the biggest names in the industry.
THE ROLE
After huge successes over the years in the delivery of complex event management programs, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Executive Producer to lead this growing division.
Utilising your strong leadership skills to develop and mentor Producers and Production Managers across a range of creative disciplines including audio, lighting, print design and production to name a few, this role will be wide ranging and include:
*Creating a strategy for developing their production offering
*Nurturing and developing their production team
*Networking into existing accounts to ensure production growth
*Implementing systems and procedures to ensure excellent delivery
*Leading their biggest accounts / projects
*Interpreting client briefs and key messages
*Creating the initial "big idea"
*Leading pitch teams
THE CANDIDATE
This is a senior level position, within a well known agency where you can be the driving force behind what will become a major name in the production industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team within a creative orientated event agency in an Executive Producer role.
