Love large experiential projects? This agency creates and builds LARGE scale bespoke structures for every type of high profile experiential projects out there!
THE COMPANY
Whether it's an ice cave, festival activation, exhibition or something in between this team has been there and made it happen. Working across a range of unusually complex and technology savvy events and installations this exciting agency work with some of the worlds biggest brands. With their own in house creative, onsite workshop and team of production specialists they work directly with end clients as well as agencies, taking each project from concept through to on site delivery.
THE ROLE
Currently going through an exciting period of growth they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a broad role where you will be running your own projects and working as part of a larger team, but general responsibilities include;
*Taking and interpreting briefs
*Assessing best manufacturing and production techniques including costings
*Client management including keeping them updated with project timelines
*Project management
*Supplier liaison and management
*Liaising with internal teams including briefing designers
*Working closely with the warehouse and workshop manager
*Budget management
*Onsite management including overseeing installations
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have proven capabilities in project management and a strong understanding of production design and build. Candidates will be considered from a range of backgrounds including production agencies, design and build agencies, theatre design or prop manufacturing as long as they have had exposure to managing build projects, be that for experiential events, venue based structures or shop fit outs. Candidates must have knowledge of construction and finishing methods and ideally a basic ability to use / view CAD. Candidates must be comfortable liaising with internal design and creative teams as well as co-ordinating with internal build teams.
