THE ROLE

Due to on-going successes we are now looking for an experiential Project Manager to oversee and manage the operations across a range of road shows where you will liaise with and pull together all elements of event logistics and production.

As the Operations Manger you will get involved in:

* Overseeing production and operations projects
* Liaising with internal teams - studio/digital etc.
* Logistics and activation planning of building assets, roadshows, touring units etc.
* Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
* Budget management
* Overseeing load-lists
* Site visits
* Assist account team with pitch process, information and costings
* Attend client meetings where required
* Managing Executives on site

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates that have experience working within the events industry - from an operations, production or logistics background.

It is important that you come with exceptional organisational skills and experience in road shows would be a huge advantage.
