RMG14943 - An exceptional senior level opportunity as Head of Digital within a specialist agency where you will head up a large department, oversee digital projects and maximise client accounts.


This is a well established agency that specialise in reward, recognition, incentive and event programmes for mid-sized to global clients across FMCG, technology and telecoms sectors. Offering innovative digital platforms and events to engage people, change behaviour and drive performance.

They design, deliver and manage websites, online portals / intranet, toolkits, sales training, workshops, conferences and incentives, internationally.

This agency is now looking for a Head of Digital to join the team and head up one of the key departments within the agency. As Head of Digital you will be responsible for the entire team, managing the daily operations, line management as well as ensuring all clients are received the best services and that accounts are being maximised.

As a Head of Digital you will have the ability to lead, guide, mentor and train a team, act as a point of contact for clients should any issues be escalated and implement best practice within your department.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for;

*Leading the Digital Department
*Managing, mentoring and developing the team
*Overseeing all operational activity within the department
*Ensuring services levels and being met and that all client accounts are being maximised
*Acting as a senior point of contact for clients
*Implementing and overseeing processes and procedures
*Playing a key role in recruitment


To be considered for this Head of Digital role you must have at least 5 years experience within an agency and have proven experience in managing large teams (minimum of ten staff). It is crucial that you have the leadership qualities to nurture and grow the team, inspire them and scope out training plans for development. You will need to understand an agency landscape and have ideally come from a client services / project management background.
