Due to on-going success, there is now the rare opportunity for a Head of Events to join and manage the events team. Stepping into this leadership position is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark within an already successful agency and help drive the team to greater heights

THE ROLE

As Head of Events you will be working with various Head of Department's, ensuring flawless event delivery across a exciting portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Account management and development

• Leading the strategic direction and agency response to briefs

• Management of the Events team

• Identifying opportunities where the agency can add value

• Briefing and managing internal departments

• Cross selling internal departments

• Budget management and cost tracking

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must be working at a similar leadership level within an event/ production agency environment. Candidates must be well accustomed to leading the agency's response to client briefs as well as managing and nurturing a large team. As this role is heavily focused on client management and ensuring ROI across each project, candidates must have proven capabilities of this and be prepared to hit the ground running!
