THE ROLE
They are now looking for an experienced Head of Events, to come in and drive the business forward. Taking ownership of the internal teams and working closely with the heads of department to ensure delivery and growth this is a broad role with responsibilities including:
Leading , managing and developing a team
Contributing to the company growth strategy
Inputting into proposals and pitching where required
Overseeing delivery across the board
Working closely with internal departments
Supporting with the acquisition, retention and growth of clients
Managing internal resource
Management, selection and negotiation with and external suppliers
Budget ownership and management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working for either an events, production or creative agency with a solid understanding of full service agencies and the delivery of events including conference and incentives. Candidates must have previous experience of managing and developing a team and operating at a senior level in addition to a strong commercial focus.
