THE COMPANY

This luxury travel and lifestyle agency are well known for creating tours and packages for high net worth individuals and companies across the global and have seen a recent increase in incentives as part of their portfolio. Working across a range of clients in the automotive and financial services sectors, this dynamic and fast-paced team produce a range of high end luxury travel trips and packages which are delivered in far flung corners of the globe! They also offer prize fulfilment and employee rewards as part of their portfolio.

THE ROLE

The Senior Incentives Lead is a newly created role that will lead existing accounts and new prospective clients from a strategic growth perspective. Always seeking a commercial angle and being able to up sell and cross sell is essential to this role, as is leading the team and being involved in the delivery of the larger scale and more complex incentive packages and trips.

With a hands-on approach the role will be instrumental in driving forward the growth of the department * and will cover the following:

* Taking the initial brief and developing the packages with the clients
* Building out the budgets and managing costs
* Leading the most complex of luxury incentives including on-site travel
* Overseeing the projects throughout the team
* Developing the accounts at a strategic level
* Reporting to senior management
* Ensuring the profitability of the department
* Attending industry events and travelling globally

THE CANDIDATE

This is a similar level to Account or Event Director in another agency and we are seeking candidates with this level of experience ideally. With an in-depth knowledge of events & incentives as well as in the luxury travel you will have fabulous destination knowledge and be au fait with prize reward schemes. A passion for travel (and being well travelled) would be a lovely bonus as well as the communication skills to deal with demanding high end clients.
