Remarkable opportunity to join an innovative event agency and lead a fantastic team across a portfolio of UK and international events.

This boutique event agency is fast becoming one of the leading names in the industry!
With key focus on creating close knit client relationships through the delivery of exceptional events, they have established an enviable client base. Working across various sectors including FMCG, manufacturing and retail, their events portfolio can be anything from product launches and incentives through to conferences and large scale exhibitions based throughout the UK and overseas.
THE ROLE
Due to their on-going success, they are now seeking a Head of Operations to join and lead their talented team. This is an exciting chance to work across key accounts, deliver a broad spectrum of large scale events and oversee the strategic development of the events team to ensure fantastic event delivery time and time again!
Responsibilities will include:
Client management
Taking initial client brief
Working across proposals and pitches
End - end event delivery
Manage workflow of the events team
Team management including overseeing PDP's.
Allocating team resources
Budget management
On-site management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have previous event agency experience, having provided full end to end management across a varied range of events. Proven experience of strong team management is also a must as is managing/allocating team resources. Most important is having the ability to use your extensive skill set to problem solve effectively and work toward tight deadlines.
