THE COMPANY

Our client is an independent lighting, video and rigging hire company! Established for over 30 years, they take pride in their ever growing equipment catalogue and services delivered to exciting live events, concerts, festivals, and corporate events.

THE ROLE

Now looking for a Head of Rigging to join the busy team, the responsibilities will include:

*Managing the rigging department
*Building a strong team environment
*Training and mentoring existing and new team members
*Maintaining the rigging register
*Ensuring all equipment conforms to health and safety requirements
*Overseeing that all equipment is well maintained
*Providing constructive guidance to Project Managers, clients and team members
*Working closely with other departments to ensure inter-departmental cooperation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an event production company with sound knowledge of rigging AV equipment.
