THE ROLE

The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for developing and leading a project safety management system across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Maintaining regulations to exceed legal thresholds for H&S compliance
*Providing H&S advice to project teams and the wider business
*Assisting in the development of internal H&S training programmes
*Developing internal guidance information for employees and suppliers
*Working alongside internal teams including production
*Ensuring supplier H&S processes are consistent
*Liaising with third party H&S consultants
*Reporting on incidents/accidents
*Carrying out H&S audits

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a health & safety capacity from within the live events sector. Experience dealing with local authorities, logistic contractors and exhibition or audio visual elements of events would be beneficial. To be considered, candidates will have a Level 3 health & safety qualification (NEBOSH or NCRQ) as well as IOSH certification. We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable and practical individuals for this opportunity.
