THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing expansion, there is now an opportunity for a strong AV Technician / Hire Manager to join their close knit team. The role will develop and oversee their existing Audio Visual Hire team and will directly contribute to the further growth of its business from the outset.

Overseeing the department and working closely with senior management you will get involved in:

• Coordinating AV hire and support service

• Working with the hire and operations manager to ensure suitable scheduling of logistics

• Occasional meetings with clients to discuss their requirements

• Sales and marketing to maintain and build on our client base

• Website updates for our soon to be launched hire section (training provided)

• Assist project managers with aspects of larger events

• Occasional deliveries / collections (Full UK driving license required) during busy periods

• Other tasks as the business requires

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills as they will be dealing directly with end clients, interpreting their AV requirements, specifying the equipment and managing the process from start to finish (booking kit, freelancers, cross hires etc.).
