We are looking for an Interior Production Manager to head up the interiors production team of a well-established event organisation - this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic business!
Our client is a leading international event solutions company who deliver a diverse portfolio of projects across the world! Working with a broad variety of clients they service some of the most prestigious sporting, commercial and cultural occasions on the global event calendar. They specialise in delivering temporary event environments, large scale event project management and varied event equipment solutions. As they have in-house divisions including structures, event solutions and catering they are able to offer bespoke and innovative services tailored specifically to their client's needs!
They are now looking to build their business with an Interior Production Manager - this is a brilliant opportunity not to be missed!
As Interior Production Manager you will be heading up the team responsible for managing the design and build of all interior fit out elements on a broad variety of our client's turnkey projects.
Key responsibilities for this role include;
*Holding responsibility over the bespoke interior delivery across a range of projects
*Developing relationships with key clients
*Managing the project work flow of the team
*Leading planning meetings and maintaining critical dates plans
*Pricing, planning and delivering interior fit out projects
*Estimating all interior fit out work and producing budgets
*Working closely with the Production manager
*Providing senior level support to the wider team
*Sourcing and building relationships with external suppliers including cost negotiations
*Holding full line management responsibility for the interiors team
To be considered for this position we are looking for candidates with experience working within the exhibition design and build sector of the events industry. Experience managing a team including day to day resourcing and full line management involving appraisals, training and development is essential to be considered. Client facing skills and experience in dealing with costings and finances would also be very beneficial.
