THE ROLE

As part of their on-going success they are now looking for a Junior Delegate Manager to work on one of their global accounts.

Managing and delivering all aspects of delegate logistics for projects, responsibilities include:

All registration reporting including on-site registration
Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service
Managing and creating delegate itineraries
Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project
Changing and managing future market data
Manage software integration and set-up onsite
Supporting on site at events (UK and Overseas)

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Junior Delegate Manager will come from an events environment and have experience registering delegates and using registration tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent time management skills. Candidates with a placement year who hold delegate registration experience will be considered.

Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.
