THE COMPANY

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest and most prestigious venues in the capital. Part of a large (and growing) international company they are renowned for delivering some of the most imaginative experiential events, exhibitions and brand experience events. Being responsible for creating and delivering their own portfolio they are also responsible for the management and delivery of a unique range of events including film premiers, experiential campaigns, launch events and music events for a broad range of brands!

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and success there is now an opportunity for a Junior Event Project Manager to come on board and work across a wide range of events across the year within the diverse venue. A broad role responsibilities will include:

Managing and delivering a range of small scale events
Supporting on larger more complex events including activations and entertainment installations
Ensuring regular communication with the project team
Supporting the events team with elements including room bookings and travel arrangements
Booking accommodation for crew
Working with in-house teams and external suppliers
Budget management
Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in the events sector, ideally having managed their own events from concept through to delivery. Candidates must have had experience of working with suppliers and external agencies and be used to working in a fast paced environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise is essential. Any experience of using InDesign would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be ambitious and want to progress in this forward thinking company!
