THE COMPANY
This agency has it all; global offices, in house creative / design, event management and a highly successful / growing event production team. The work that they deliver is very creative and incudes large scale worldwide conferences, product launches and everything in between for some of the biggest brands out there.
With their production team growing and internal promotions they are looking for a Junior Event Production Manager to join their team and manage a wide range of corporate events.
THE ROLE
This role is a pure production agency position. They don't own any of their own equipment so the Junior Production Manager will use their AV experience to specify the equipment needed and then bring on the relevant suppliers to make it happen.
No two days / projects are ever the same, but general responsibilities include;
Taking the brief from internal account managers
Advising on the right AV solution
Specifying AV equipment for the event
Booking equipment from AV suppliers
Ste visits
On site management
On site client liaison
Budget management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have experience as a Senior Technician in an AV company - delivering corporate events. From this experience they should have a good understanding of all AV disciplines (sound, lighting, projection etc) and also be comfortable / confident liaising with clients on site.
