THE ROLE

As part of their on-going success they are now looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their agency.

Responsibilities include:

*All registration reporting including on-site registration
*Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service
*Managing and creating delegate itineraries
*Managing appropriate confirmation documentations
*Liaising with internal teams as well as suppliers
*Producing detailed project schedules and budgets
*Supporting on site at events (UK and Overseas)

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Junior Project Manager will come from an events environment and hold experience in registering delegates and using registration tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent time management skills. Candidates with a placement year who hold delegate registration experience will also be considered.

Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.
