THE ROLE

Due to continue growth and a volume of new business there is now a great opportunity for an Technical Production Manager to come on board and deliver events across their client base.

A broad role your responsibilities will include:

• Taking detailed client briefs

• Managing the full event production process from concept to delivery

• Conducting site visits

• Pulling together technical quotations and proposals

• Supplier liaison and management

• Creating risk assessments and technical drawings

• Installing and de-rigging of events

• Budget management

• Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and ideally experience working within the live events industry. Candidates need to have a good level of knowledge in all areas of technical production including lighting, audio, video and rigging coupled with practical experience operating at engineer level in at least one of these areas. Candidates need to be client facing and ideally have had experience in taking briefs directly from clients and liaising with suppliers as well as operating onsite.

Candidates who are currently operating as AV Technicians and who want to take the "step up" will also be considered, as will candidates working within a venue, with strong technical knowledge.
