THE COMPANY

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a small yet rapidly growing women's fashion brand who sell gorgeous occasion wear to an expanding market both in the UK and overseas! With a steady following and a growing reputation as well as ambitious expansion plans - they are now looking for a new team member to provide support to their business. Working closely with the two owners of the business this role is broad and no two days will ever be the same!

THE ROLE

Based within their custom built Jewellery Quarter premises (that includes a studio, show room & warehouse) this role covers almost every aspect of fashion label management, including;

* Responding to customer enquiries
* Manage website orders
* Processing and packing orders to send out
* Sending orders out and processing returns
* Developing their social media and online presence
* Updating the website with new images / content
* Liaising with magazines
* Organising photo shoots
* Arranging customer appointments
* Ad hoc duties as the role and company grows

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience within a retail environment (fashion) where they will have gained experience working with customers as well as back office administration, combined with a strong understanding and interest in social media. A bright and sparky personality with a real work hard attitude is absolutely imperative for this role!
