There is now the newly created opportunity for an Operations Director to come on board and take a senior level role within their dynamic agency. Working with other heads of departments, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

THE ROLE

As Operations Director, you will have the chance to undertake a pivotal, helping to shape and grow a hardworking team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the project team to have seamless event delivery

• Providing resource allocation

• Leading internally across proposals and pitches, including coordinating with internal departments

• Being part of a wider senior leadership team

• Ensuring all SLAs and key operational processes are met

• Managing freelance allocation where necessary

• Accountable for meeting annual GP targets across the team

• Staying involved in key client reviews where necessary

• Line management

• Implementing new strategies to ensure client satisfaction

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have experience working at a similar senior level ideally within an agency environment that offers various creative and production services in-house. A background of managing and developing project teams is key, as the ability to lead across proposals and pitches.
