THE COMPANY

With a growing event portfolio, they are now on the look out for an Operations Executive to come on board. Working within a fantastic team, you will have key involvement across their full event programme from initial stages through to travelling on-site
THE ROLE
Based within their Operations team, you role will be broad and support in ensuring the delivery of their current portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
Venue sourcing and research
Liaising with internal teams
Health & Safety management
Budget management
Exhibitor liaison
Supplier liaison
Producing onsite information including staff briefings, exhibitor lists, floorplans etc.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates will need to have clear experience of working across a mixture of both conferences and exhibitions. Due to their increasing events programme, candidates must be self motivated and able to manage multiple tasks at any one time.
