THE ROLE

Due to company and event growth, they are now looking for an Operations Executive to come on board and be responsible for managing live event operations. This is a broad role that includes:

* End to end event management
* Sourcing and managing suppliers
* Managing operations budgets
* Liaising with speaker and sponsors and responding to enquiries
* Reviewing and refining the operational process
* On site delivery
* Post event analysis

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a conference/ exhibition organiser, association or similar event experience. The role also calls for a client facing individual who has strong organisational skills.
