THE ROLE

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Operations Manager to join their team and be responsible for the overall delivery of a range of exhibitions.

The Operations Managers key duties will include;

*Delivering a wide range of high quality events
*Working to budgets and deadlines
*Producing and managing floorplans
*Planning and scheduling projects
*Liaising with internal teams including marketing and sales
*Negotiating with suppliers ensuring the best rates and standard of quality are maintained
*Managing and organising a team both onsite and pre event
*Handling the health and safety for the events
*Writing Risk Assessments & Fire Risk Assessments for shows
*Continuing event management on site
*Analysing and reporting on the post event

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must have experience of working within an exhibitions environment with a proven background of managing their own exhibition events from brief through to delivery. Candidates must be client facing and have a strengths in floor plan production and management in addition to solid budget management skills. Any line management experience would be an added benefit, as would an IOSH certificate but this is not essential for the role.
