THE COMPANY

On the up and up this exhibitions focused events agency has gone from strength to strength in recent years, delivering a range of large scale exhibits and built environments for some well known brands. These have included double decker stands, activations and some fit outs; often with innovative digital aspects, creative design and event branding delivered across the globe. Clients vary in industry sector from technology, to gaming and also retail and the production team are now recruiting a Production Assistant to support on delivering global projects!

THE ROLE

The company is now looking to recruit a highly organised Production Assistant to assist with the delivery of a range of technically challenging events for well known brands and clients. You will be working closely with the Production Managers and the Production team as well as supporting with the communication between the team and clients ensuring that the projects are within the brief, budget and exceed all expectations.

Responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the Production Managers
* Creating and tracking quotations
* Preparation of timelines
* Dealing with technical suppliers
* Ordering equipment
* Preparing health & safety documentation
* Supporting on technical client briefs
* Managing costings

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of production and a technical understanding and/or an event graduate. Strong organisational skills is vital for this role therefore a background of event administration or logistical events is key. An interest in exhibitions and live events experience is imperative for this role!
