THE COMPANY

As part of a wider group of event brands this production agency offers a full service production solution to its broad variety of clients. Delivering projects from gala dinners, summits and product launches through to festivals, their portfolio is diverse with creative concepts at the heart of everything they do!

They are looking for a Director to work from their Buckinghamshire based office overseeing the management of the team, client services and production delivery.

THE ROLE

As Production Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of production services across the brand.

Your responsibilities will be broad and will include:

*Developing new business opportunities and pitching for business
*Nurturing client relationships and leading client meetings
*Increasing the value of existing clients and maximising accounts
*Overseeing project delivery and leading on large scale events
*Preparing quotations and proposals for clients
*Sourcing and negotiating with external suppliers
*Overseeing new marketing initiatives
*Managing internal resource and scheduling
*Creating and reconciling production budgets
*Developing and managing a team
*Reporting to the board of director across the wider group

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Production Director/Head of Production or senior level Production Manager within a full service event agency or production agency. However senior level technical production candidates from within AV supply companies and large scale venues may also be considered. Excellent knowledge of technical event production and previous experience within the industry are essential requirements. We are looking for candidates who are currently managing a wider team whilst also being hands on with client services and production delivery.
