THE ROLE

With continued success and exciting growth plans for the future, there is now an opportunity for a Production Manager to join their team and manage all technical aspects of live events for both UK and overseas projects. Responsibilities include:

* Taking the brief from client or Head of Production
* Being part of the initial pitch meeting
* Technical specification
* Site visits and venue liaison
* Interpretation of CAD drawings
* Supplier selection and management
* Working with in-house teams (technical, event, creative, print, digital)
* Booking and scheduling freelance crew
* Costing and budget management
* On-site support and management including rig and de-rig when necessary
* Line management and development of a team (including freelancers)

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have production experience gained within an agency or AV company and a proven background of managing production for events including conferences, exhibitions and experiential projects. Candidates must have a strong technical understanding and a good knowledge of health and safely and licencing regulations. Experience of using Vector Works and AutoCAD would be beneficial as would the ability to interpret CAD drawings.
