Due to how unique these events are and having only been established for 5 years, they have already established long term sponsorship from global premium brands.

With in-house teams including events, production, sponsorship, technology and marketing, they all work seamlessly together in order to deliver these complex mass participation events.

Due to on-going success and demand, the team are looking to expand their team with a talented Production Manager. This is a chance like no other that will offer the opportunity to utilise your production knowledge in an exciting and adrenaline fuelled environment!

THE ROLE

As Production Manager, you will be joining a close knit and hard working team, taking ownership across all production logistics on various mass participated events on an international scale!

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Overseeing development and build of temporary structures

• Liaising with in-house teams

• Liaising with local operators and suppliers

• Coordinating installations including hospitality areas and spectator zones

• Overseeing on-site crew

• Stakeholder management

• On-site management from pre-site visits through to break downs

• Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will need to have a strong production background and proven experience in delivering across mass participation outdoor events. Due to the complexity of these projects, the role requires strong organisational skills and candidates must be capable of managing various elements simultaneously. Strong health and safety knowledge would be extremely beneficial as is proven experience of delivering projects overseas as this role will require global travel.
