They are looking to expand their team with an Event Production Manager. As a Production Manager you will work within the production team as well as being the linchpin between the workshop, events and creative team.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Taking client briefs from internal Account Managers
- Advising on production elements for each event
- Carrying out site visits
- Briefing and managing the internal workshop
- Sourcing and managing external suppliers including AV suppliers
- Managing logistics; kit, crew etc.
- Managing and reporting on budgets
- Ensuring all H&S documentation are up to date
- Managing events on-site
To be considered for this Production Manager role you must come with experience as a Production or Project Manager from within an events or production agency, or from within an AV company. You must have proven experience in managing all production elements to an event from brief to delivery. Due to the nature of the role you will spend time in the office as well as going on-site for events.
