THE ROLE

With the rapid growth of their accounts, a new opportunity has arisen within their offices in Buckinghamshire for a Project Administrator to come on board. A broad role; responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting on the delivery of projects

  • Managing the administration of client jobs including generating reports

  • Liaising with clients and internal departments

  • Managing inboxes

  • Dealing with any queries via telephone and email

  • Supporting and delivering communication plans

  • Managing website content

  • Maintaining the company database

  • Contributing to financial aspects of projects (invoicing and budgets)

  • Managing multiple projects and budgets

  • Co-ordinating with internal teams

THE CANDIDATE

Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate must have a drive and enthusiasm to work within a fast paced challenging environment and ideally hold experience from an agency setting (although this isn't essential). Ultimately the candidate should have strong task management and administration experience (ideally gained form working within an office environment) with excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of handling volumes of data. Any exposure to writing communications / copy / updating websites would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role.
