With fantastic offices complete with their own onsite warehouse they offer a variety of services ranging from stand design and graphics through to installation and hire and build.
THE ROLE
Due to their on going success, they are now looking for a Project Assistant to join their talented team in South West London and provide key support across all projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting Project Manager's across the board
Supporting with proposals
Liaising with third party suppliers and negotiating rates
Responding to enquires
Travel and accommodation logistics
Ordering materials
Database management and administration including updating timelines
Liaising with internal teams
Overseeing the management of smaller projects
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have proven experience of providing key administrative support ideally within the event industry. Excellent time management skills are key, as is the ability to prioritise workloads to meet strict deadlines. Being a team player is essential, supporting wherever needed. Any exposure to working on exhibitions or stand builds previously would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role
