THE ROLE

As Project Co-ordinator, this is a hands on role where you be responsible for assisting senior level Producers across a variation of projects. From speaking with clients, through to working with external suppliers and travelling on-site, you will work hard but gain fantastic knowledge in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client liaison

• Assisting on the agency's response to new briefs

• Having a solid understanding the client's brief and business

• Working with external suppliers including AV and logistics

• Working with budgets

• Supporting on-site when required

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience within an event or production agency and have a proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience of supporting a busy team would be ideal but most of all, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about events!
