THE ROLE

The Incentives Project Director position is a newly created role that will work closely with the Head of Incentives to take the lead and deliver a range of packages and incentives for new and existing clients!

With a hands-on approach the role will be instrumental in driving forward the growth of the department alongside the Director.

Duties will cover the following:

* Taking the initial brief and developing the packages with the clients
* Building out the budgets and managing costs
* Leading the luxury incentives including on-site travel
* Managing the full project from start to finish
* Reporting to the Head of Incentives
* Ensuring the profitability of all events
* Cross selling and upselling
* Building key client relationships
* Mentoring the team
* On-site management and global travel

THE CANDIDATE

This role would suit a Senior Event / Project Manager / Director with in-depth international destinations knowledge, a creative flair and experience of delivering global incentive travel trips. With a passion for travel and incentives as well as working with luxury brands, you will be used to managing multiple events at one time and have excellent communications skills to deal with high end demanding clients!
