THE COMPANY

This is a friendly and passionate agency, who are based in West Sussex and commutable from London! Their solid client base includes some of the biggest names in the pharmaceutical, technology and banking sectors, and their client base continues to grow!

They produce a variety of events for their clients including roadshows, product launches, award ceremonies and conferences both across the UK and internationally, so no two days are ever the same!

On top of this, they have fantastic offices with on-site parking, a vibrant atmosphere and a family feel where everyone is supported to make sure projects are executed to a high standard.

THE ROLE

Due to business booming and an increased demand for their services, they are looking to add a Project Executive to their outgoing team.

Responsibilities are broad but will include:

Supporting Project Managers across the board on a range of events
Venue Sourcing
Supporting with proposal writing
Delegate registration (including the use of CRM systems)
Managing delegate queries and preparing delegate packs
Logistics support including booking travel and accommodation
On-site delivery of events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting on events across all elements including delegate registration (and the use of CRM systems), ideally gained from working for an event agency, although other backgrounds will be considered. Experience of working in the pharmaceutical sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. More importantly however is someone with the drive and enthusiasm to join a leading agency and develop a career within the events sector!
