They work with a variety of clients across multiple sectors including retail, fashion, healthcare, transport and finance and creative, plan and deliver a range of award-winning events.

They deliver events including product launches, award shows, conferences, road shows, experiential events, meetings and bespoke events from both small to large-scale. They focus on delivering innovative and unforgettable experiences for brands!

Based in West Yorkshire, you can access their offices from Leeds, Manchester and the surrounding areas. This agency also allow for flexible / some home working for the right candidate! THE ROLE

With business success and growth, this events agency is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for taking clients briefs and managing projects from concept through to on-site delivery. You will be given the opportunity to work with a range of clients, and manage a wide range of events from corporate, live and experiential.

Key responsibilities include;

Building and developing client relationships
Taking briefs from clients and understanding their requirements
Attending client meetings and presenting new ideas and concepts
Maintaining project timeframes and budgets
Managing and reporting on budgets
Overseeing and managing event logistics
Sourcing and managing suppliers
Supporting on-site at events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Project Manager role we are looking for candidates with experience working within an events agency; as a Project Manager, Event Manager or Account Manager. You must have proven experience in managing multiple events simultaneously, have strong communication skills and have the ability build strong client relationships.
