This is a wonderful boutique agency that delivers a broad range of pharmaceutical events including sales conferences, awards dinners, corporate hospitality, gala dinners, global meetings, management conferences, product launches and exhibitions to name a few.

THE ROLE
Due to increased business and continued growth they are now looking to expand their team in West Yorkshire.
As Project Manager, working with a range of well-known clients responsibilities will include:
Client management
Proposal writing
Venue liaison including site visits
Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking
Delegate management
Supplier management
Working with internal teams
On-site management
Budget management
Event reconciliation
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and have experience of delivering pharmaceutical events ideally within an agency. The candidate will also have knowledge of Pharmaceutical compliance and proven experience of working on projects simultaneously both UK and overseas. Most of all, the candidate will be organised, driven and passionate about events!
