With a strong existing client base they offer a distinctive and personal approach to the clients they partner with to deliver memorable and effective events both within the UK and internationally. Focusing mainly on the automotive sector they boast an impressive client base and pride themselves on their long standing relationships with their clients.

They are now seeking a Project Manager to join their talented team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading brands where you will manage a diverse range of large scale global projects.

THE ROLE

As Project Manager, you will leading and managing a wide range of innovative events from brief through to on site, with duties such as;

*Liaising with clients

*Taking the initial brief
*Creating proposals
*Delivering event pitches
*Sourcing venues, including effective negotiation and contract details
*Selecting and managing suppliers
*Communicating with internal teams to ensure project briefs are followed accurately
*Delivering full event logistics including delegate registration
*Managing and reconciling multi-currency budgets
*Continuing to oversee the event on-site

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have agency experience and have a proven background of delivering both UK and international events from concept to completion, including full budget reconciliation. Exposure to a broad range of events would be highly beneficial however we are looking for candidates who are naturally innovative and have the creative flair to think outside the box, making each event as unique as the last!
