THE COMPANY

Working on a broad range of projects from large scale exhibition builds and fashion shows through to bespoke staging, rotating carousels, fit outs and everything in between! Working across a range of unusually complex builds and installations this exciting agency works with some of the worlds biggest brands across sectors including retail, fashion and technology. With bags of in-house expertise coupled with their own onsite warehouse and workshop they work directly with end clients as well as agencies, taking each project from concept through to on site delivery.

THE ROLE

Currently going through an exciting period of growth they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a broad role where you will be running your own projects from brief through to delivery with responsibilities including:

*Project management including managing timelines and schedules
*Taking and interpreting briefs
*Carrying out technical site visits
*Producing proposals and costings
*Assessing best manufacturing and production techniques
*Producing AutoCAD and CNC drawings
*Supplier liaison and management
*Working closely with the onsite warehouse and workshop
*Budget management
*Onsite management including overseeing installations

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have proven capabilities in project management and a strong understanding of production design and build. Candidates will be considered from a range of backgrounds including production agencies, design and build agencies, theatre design or prop manufacturing as long as they have had exposure to managing build projects, be that for experiential events, venue based structures or shop fit outs. Candidates must have knowledge of construction and finishing methods as well as excellent AutoCAD and CNC drawing skills. In addition candidates must have up to date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
