THE COMPANY

Our client is a UK based company who deliver high spec and complex technical solutions for conferences, exhibitions, live events and permanent installations.

They are renowned for creating immersive and interactive experiences for their clients through cutting edge technology. Working with a variety of clients from blue chip organisations to charities, they deliver a wide variety of production solutions across the globe.

THE ROLE

Due to on gong successes they are now looking for a Project Manager to join the team to deliver production services in the UK and overseas. The role will require providing proactive solutions and an excellent understanding of audio visual requirements for a broad scope of events.

Responsibilities will include:

Being the first point of contact for clients
Taking client briefs and providing proposals and quotations in line with their requirements
Providing proactive solutions
Briefing internal and external teams
End to end project management
Working to tight deadlines and budgets
Onsite management including managing freelancers and suppliers
Building and maintaining client and supplier relationships

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have a proven background in AV solutions to a high standard and the proactive nature to provide creative ideas surrounding the production of a broad scope of events. You will also have experience running projects from brief to completion with excellent client facing skills. This role will require travel both in the UK and internationally so a Full UK Driving Licence and Passport is essential.
