THE COMPANY
A market leader, this full service agency delivers events globally for a mixture of blue chip clients in sectors including automotive and pharmaceutical. They are passionate about providing the best quality events to all of their clients whilst caring for their own people and nurturing their development and expertise.
THE ROLE
Due to their on going success, they are now looking for an Exhibition Project Manager to join their exhibition design and build team and manage exhibitions for their clients within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
End-to-end event delivery
Managing and developing client relationships
Managing all digital elements of the project
Liaising with internal teams including design, production and creative
Liaising with external suppliers and contractors
Adhering to health and safety regulations
Budget management, reconciliation
On-site event management, including overseeing stand installation
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for experienced candidates with proven experience of managing and delivering exhibitions. The ideal candidate will ideally come from an exhibition design and build company and be client facing.
