THE COMPANY

Based in West London, this boutique but ambitious business worked with clients and agencies to delivery a rage of projects including product launches, campaigns, corporate events and roadshows across the UK and Europe. This company specialise in the design, build and install of set build, staging, exhibition design and build and bespoke projects.

With an in-house workshop they have a team of skilled carpenters and set builders, teamed with a range of equipment to construct and build a wide variety of projects.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team and play a lead role in the manging the build of a wide range of projects from exhibitions, conferences, award shows within a creative and construction orientated environment. You be responsible for managing your own projects from brief through to on-site delivery in the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities;

• Liaising with clients and taking their brief
• Managing projects from initial brief through to delivery
• Producing drawings and costings based on the clients brief
• Managing budgets
• Briefing and managing internal workshop
• Ordering materials and managing transport
• Scheduling build times and managing the build process
• Managing external suppliers (AV, sound, lighting etc)
• Managing projects on-site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates to come from a project management background where they have managed design and builds. Due to the nature of this work we are looking for candidates that have a strong understanding of construction methods, production processes & materials. If you have experience with AutoCAD this would be advantageous
