The role This is crucial role within the team, working closely with our fabulous Account Managers to find the very best event talent for our clients. There's lots of training (on desk and classroom) in both how we do recruitment and the events industry overall, so when you start speaking to candidates you'll be 100% comfortable and confident. There's lots of different aspects of the role, including; - Identifying talent from our existing network or approaching potential candidates through social media
- Collating advertising responses
- Interviewing potential candidates
- Preparing a shortlist of candidates
- Formatting CV's
Often we find that the skills and experience gained within this role (in time) leads to promotion into an Account Management role.
What do we look for? First it's about chemistry, we have a tight team so you'll need to be a sociable person who doesn't take themselves too seriously and can enjoy the friendly office vibe. Second is experience. There are two routes for anyone joining us - those from a recruitment background who want to join a friendly team without pointless targets and those from the events industry who are looking for something different.
