With a large talent team across client services, sales, creative, technical and events they deliver a range of projects from conferences, meetings and incentives through to bespoke digital projects such as websites, portals, CRM, sales toolkits, dealer marketing and printed collateral.

THE ROLE

Due to year on year growth and continued business success there is now an opportunity for a Senior Account Director to join their team. This is a senior role within the agency where you will be responsible for managing multiple large accounts - with a focus on developing and growing business, strategy and overseeing project implementation.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Managing and taking the lead across multiple key accounts

  • Devising a strategy for clients - gaining a deep understanding of their business

  • Growing and developing accounts through cross selling and upselling

  • Working with the sales team to acquire new clients

  • Hitting and overachieving revenue targets

  • Preparing and presenting proposals and new solutions to clients

  • Managing the overall account commercials

  • Briefing internal teams and overseeing project implementation

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must come from an agency and have a strong understanding of events gained from an operational background. Any exposure to performance improvement and reward and recognition programmes would be an added benefit. Candidates must be commercially focused and have a proven background of managing and growing accounts as well as bringing in new business.
